The takeoff agent for builders.

Upload your plans and ask for what you need. Joyne measures it from the drawings, cites every quantity, and follows your assemblies and rules.

Any package. Just ask.

Slab, reo, frame, roof, tiles, joinery. Describe the takeoff you need in plain language and Joyne works from the sheets that matter.

Your assemblies and rules.

Give it your products, waste allowances and company standards once. Every takeoff after that follows them, and you can tweak how it behaves per project.

Evidence on every line.

Each quantity is traced on the drawing and cites its source. Anything the plans do not establish comes back as a question, never a guess.

What you can ask

Say it the way you'd say it to your estimator.

  • Do the waffle pod slab and group the pods by height.
  • Give me the reo for this job. Mesh and bars, with laps.
  • Floor tiles by room. Leave out the wet areas.
  • Frame and truss for the whole house, using our standard wall assembly.
  • Use 7.5% timber waste on this one.
  • That south edge beam looks wrong. Have another look.

How it works

  1. 01

    Upload the plan set

Architectural and engineering sheets as PDF. Joyne reads the set, finds the sheets that matter and calibrates from the dimensions on the page.

  2. 02

    Ask for the takeoff

One request or a whole package list. Joyne measures on the drawing while you watch, and applies your assemblies, products and waste rules.

  3. 03

    Review, correct, export

Open any quantity to see its evidence. Drag a boundary, answer a question, change a rule. The bill updates, then goes to your supplier or your estimating software.
